Menopause Yoga is a style of Yoga that helps women manage menopausal symptoms. It has a positive approach, it views the menopause as an opportunity for self-care, self-realization, and personal growth.
Menopause Yoga incorporates restorative asanas and pranayama to help reduce sensory overload and balance the nervous system. It blends slow somatic movement and qigong to calm the mind and different yoga sequences for building bone and muscle strength.

Midlife Cafe: a welcoming space where women, whether approaching or already navigating the second half of their lives, come together to offer mutual support, share valuable expertise, and exchange experiences on various life and well-being themes. These enriching sessions may feature expert talks to deepen our understanding and foster growth. While the meetings are offered free of charge, registration is required as spaces are limited.
